I grew up loving to cook. However, it wasn’t until later in life I realized just how much I enjoyed it. I was cooking for my dad every time my mom was out of town. My dad was always encouraging, even when some of my creations weren’t exactly up to par with standard edible guidelines.
But he always wanted me to try more. It wasn’t just sandwiches though, it was chicken, steak, ribs, etc. He just enjoyed food and he enjoyed when I made it for him.
Every sandwich I make, I make it as if I am serving it to my dad. I'm making something he would be proud to eat and would enjoy eating.
