Welcome to Dad’s Idle Tycoon and https://www.dadsofficialfood.com (together, the “Service”), operated by Dad’s Official Food (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a small food truck business located at 109 W. 5th Ave, Warren, PA.

 

By accessing or using our website, mobile application Dad’s Idle Tycoon (available on Google Play), or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Overview

Dad’s Idle Tycoon is a free casual idle clicker game inspired by the real food items sold from our Dad’s Official Food truck. Players can register using a display name and email address to participate in leaderboards and occasional prize giveaways (free food or merch from the truck).

 

The game includes optional in-app advertisements that players can watch to receive small temporary boosts. These advertisements are not required to play or progress in the game.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these age requirements.

3. User Accounts and Registration

  • To appear on the leaderboard, you must register by providing a display name and a valid email address.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and confidential.
  • You may only create one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboards or giveaways is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent ban.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, including for cheating, abusive behavior, or violation of these Terms.

4. Leaderboards and Public Display

Your chosen display name will be publicly visible on the in-game leaderboards (monthly, yearly, and all-time). By registering, you consent to your display name and score being shown publicly within the game.

 

Your email address is not public and is used only for account management and prize notifications.

5. Prize Giveaways and Contests

  • From time to time, we may run prize drawings or contests based on leaderboard rankings or random selection.
  • Winners will be contacted via the email address provided during registration.
  • Prizes typically include free food items or merchandise from Dad’s Official Food truck.
  • You must be able to pick up prizes in the Warren, PA area unless otherwise stated. We are not responsible for travel or shipping costs.
  • All taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the winner.
  • We reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent activity.

6. In-App Advertisements

  • The game contains optional rewarded video advertisements from third-party ad networks.
  • Watching these ads is completely voluntary and provides small temporary boosts (e.g., speed or resource multipliers) to enhance gameplay.
  • These advertisements are not required to enjoy or progress in the core idle game experience.
  • We do not control the content of the advertisements shown. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you may be shown ads from third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

  • The game, its design, graphics, sounds, code, and all content (except user-provided display names) are owned by Dad’s Official Food or our licensors.
  • You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative works of the game without our prior written permission.
  • By submitting your display name, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display it on leaderboards and for promotional purposes related to the game and food truck.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Cheat, hack, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party tools to gain unfair advantages.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other players.
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
  • Engage in any activity that interferes with the proper functioning of the Service.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban without notice.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee that the game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at all times.
  • We are not responsible for the content or safety of any third-party advertisements shown in the game.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dad’s Official Food shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
  • Our total liability to you shall not exceed $10.00 USD.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Warren County, Pennsylvania.
